Susan Wood, CPSN
Susan has 23 years of experience as an aesthetic nurse. She draws upon her experience and training to offer top of the line, results-oriented, skincare regimens to meet the needs of her clientele with a concentration on the ZO Skin Health System® She is a Certified Plastic Surgery Nurse, one of only 10 in Georgia and the only one south of Atlanta.
She has advanced training in Botox, injectable fillers, sclerotherapy for spider veins, effective skin analysis, and developing individualized treatment plans for aged, acne, rosacea, and pigmented skin. She utilizes the most up-to-date techniques for skin rejuvenation such as dermaplaning, HydraFacial, photofacial, laser hair removal, chemical peels, and Scarlet RF Microneedling.
Brandi W. Warren, DO
As a board-certified family practice physician, Dr. Warren has practiced in Thomasville, Georgia since 2008.
Dr. Warren grew up in Valdosta, Georgia, and earned her medical degree in 2002 from The West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Shands Hospital, University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida where she later served as an assistant faculty professor.
Upon leaving Florida, Dr. Warren was instrumental in developing healthcare organizations that focused on establishing employee health and wellness clinics around the state. While always based out of Thomasville, these clinics provided her with vast experience in employee health, urgent care, and correctional medicine. In 2016 upon seeing an increased need for care of female patients in the community, Dr. Warren decided to shift her practice focus to women's health and wellness. Out of this idea and shift of focus, Shaw Living was created. Shaw Living is a women's primary care clinic designed by Dr. Warren for comprehensive health and wellness. Shaw Living currently provides medical care, mental health therapy, nutrition counseling, and aesthetic services, all exclusively tailored for women. The incorporation of these modalities into each patient’s treatment regimen further facilitates Dr. Warren’s holistic approach to medicine. An approach where each person is treated as a whole rather than a disease or symptom.
Dr. Warren has lived in Thomasville since 2008 with her husband, a local Anesthesiologist. When not working, they both stay pretty busy raising their two sons. She loves the small-town life and the strong medical community of Thomasville.
She is a member of American Medical Association, Medical Association of Georgia and is a Fellow with the American College of Family Medicine.

Nicole Simmons, FNP-C
Nicole is a certified family nurse practitioner. She began her Nurse Practitioner career in family practice/primary care. She joined Shaw Living in 2018.
Nicole is a certified family nurse practitioner. She grew up in St. Simons Island, Georgia. Nicole obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Georgia in 2004. After completing her degree, she moved up to New York where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Long Island University – Brooklyn. After completing her BSN, Nicole and her husband moved back to Georgia. She received her Masters in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Augusta University in 2015. She has extensive experience as an intensive care and emergency room nurse. She began her Nurse Practitioner career in family practice/primary care when she joined Dr. Warren at Shaw Living in 2018.
Nicole is passionate about promoting overall health and wellness to each individual patient. More recently Nicole has added certificates in aesthetic training to address every aspect of wellness.
Nicole is a member of the AANP. She and her husband live in Thomasville, GA with their 3 daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family, taking trips to the beach, and UGA athletics.
